Welcome to the Hayloft and Cowshed barns at Ryes Farm, two recently converted luxury self-catering barns set in the heart of quiet rural Suffolk making the location perfect for that romantic break, writing your next novel, and discovering the footpaths and ancient lanes direct from your door on your own, with your family and dogs.
Both properties have fully enclosed gardens keeping dogs and children safe.
Located within easy access to Woodbridge, Debenham, Bury St Edmunds, Lavenham, Framlingham and the Heritage Coast with lots of places to eat and visits for all ages.
Both barns are available to let all year and can be booked individually or as a pair for family or friends gatherings.
The Cowshed

Recently converted single storey barn with high ceilings, soft linen bed sheets, comfy sofas, snuggly corners and uninterrupted views across fields from every window. Fully set up for a relaxing time, enjoy breakfast on the patio watching the wildlife go by, light a fire in the winter and get cosy. Watch the stars at night with a glass of wine. Walk the many footpaths and ancient lanes with your dogs right from your door. Enjoy the tranquil Suffolk countryside at its best.

The Hayloft
Sleeps 2
Converted in 2024 this 2 storey brick and timber barn dating from the 1700’s has flagstone floors, lime plastered walls and beamed ceilings. A proper romantic or quiet get away from the stresses of life. Soak in the copper bath with a glass of wine, breakfast in the garden while the birds sing. Light a fire outside, bbq and watch the sun set.
